MEET AND GREET

Book you and your pooch in with us for a 20 minute meet and greet where you will be given a tour of where they will be sleeping, eating and playing! During this time, you will be able to ask any questions you may have and talk to us about any concerns there may be with leaving your dog in a new place. By conducting a meet and greet, it allows your dog to become familiar with our home environment for when they return in the future. You will also be able to have a peace of mind seeing in person the comfortable, loving home where you will be leaving your adored pup! Up to date vaccination records must be brought with you when attending the meet and greet and a deposit if you wish to reserve a booking. It is mandatory to book your dog(s) in for a trial run night during or after the meet and greet before their stay where you will be required to pay for this up front.

When attending the meet and greet, we ask that you limit your group to no more than two people as we find that too many people can be overwhelming for the dogs boarding with us.

If you decide to register your dog with us for a future booking, you will be required to fill out a form consisting of your dogs information and contact details where we will then discuss your booking further.
